These are intentions rather than commitments. They are published so that partners, collections and funders can see the direction of the Society’s work, and so that anyone able to help with one of them knows where to write.
- An interactive historical map, placing finds and sites in the geography they came from
- A digital archive of documents, photographs and excavation records
- A virtual museum, presenting reconstructed material to visitors who cannot attend in person
- A catalogue of three-dimensional models, for objects too fragile or too dispersed to be handled
- An educational section for schools and teachers
- Accounts for partners and researchers contributing to the archive
Each of these depends on the Scythian & Sarmatian Digital Heritage Initiative being established first. The Society welcomes conversations about any of them — info@greek-scythian.org.
